Main configuration:
1. Channel steel welding structure is adopted at the bottom of the case and on both sides of the baffle.
2. The machine is centrally controlled by the PLC and uses the touch screen on the machine for centralized operation.
3. The unwinding tension adopted 20kg magnetic powder brake 1pcs.
4. The rewinding machine adopts 2 sets of 5.5kw frequency motors.
5. The rewinding device uses two air shafts.
6. Traction drive 5.5kw frequency motor to achieve constant speed control.
7. The unwinding device adopts the 3-inch air shaft 1pcs.
8. The unwinding device adopts the hydraulic automatic feeding device.
