Performance characteristics

1. The difference between dynamic and static friction is very small, and the followability is very good, that is, the time interval between the lag of the driving signal and the mechanical action is extremely short, which is beneficial to improve the response speed and sensitivity of the CNC system.

2. The driving power is greatly reduced, only equivalent to one tenth of ordinary machinery.

3. Compared with the V-shaped cross roller guide, the friction resistance can be reduced by about 40 times.

4. Adapt to high-speed linear motion, its instantaneous speed is about 10 times higher than that of sliding guide.

5. Can achieve high positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy.

6. It can achieve gapless movement and improve the movement rigidity of the mechanical system.

7. When using the pair of guide rails in pairs, it has the "error equalization effect", thereby reducing the machining accuracy requirements of the basic parts (rail mounting surface), and reducing the mechanical manufacturing cost and difficulty of the basic parts.

8. The cross section of the guide rail adopts a circular arc groove with a reasonable ratio, and the contact stress is small. The rolling friction is significantly lower than that of the double arc raceway.
