Product Description

This 600 model demetalizing machine is special designed for narrow width metalized film window making,this demetalizing machine fit for metalized PET, BOPP, PVC and Al foil etc, to chemical washing away a designed window so can see through the inside of package.
Main features:
1.   Unwinding and rewinding diameter Φ600mm; Unwinding positions with 5kg brakes,
    controlled by PLC unwinding constant tension; Unwinding part of the guide rollers in use 
    diameter Φ80mm hard surface treatment of plating guide rollers, winding part of
    the guide rollers In use diameter Φ80mm hard surface treatment of Aluminum
    guide rollers, film back of the winding parts with quality observation lamp.
2. (A) Chemical tank has 3 stainless steel guide rollers Φ74mm + 1 drag roll diameter
    124mm, hard surface treatment of plating mirror, 1 corrosion-resistant rubber extrusion
    roller diameter 126mm, chain drive.
