This series flexo printer slotter machine with in line die cutting, includes automatic feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit and rotary die cutting unit, it also can add the automatic stacker.
Main features:
1. Using vacuum suck back-stopper and feeding automatic make the crooked carton level off.
2. All the transmission gears are made of high quality hardened and ground steel which has grinded under high temperature, Rockwell Hardness> 40 degree
3. Spraying circulation is adopted to lubricate the gears, reducing noise and prolonging the service life.
4. The rubber roller and stencil roller both are made of high quality ground and chromed steel.
5. All drums are dynamic balanced, enhancing the transmission stability.
6. The stencil and rubber roller can auto take off by cylinder and partialities
to ease the burden of the machine and extend the service life.
7. Air-operated automatic elevator device work in feeding system. (The roller descend when feeding and it rise when feeding stop. )
8. Move axis of mechanic transmission rubber roller 60mm, circumferential direction differential device, cut at different position every time. (no circulate limitlessly)
