Product Description

FP-450 Flexo Printing Machine With Six Colors

Features:
1. This machine is equipped with high-quality ceramic anilox cylinder to transfer the ink.

2. Tensions on unwinding & rewinding part is controlled by magnetic powder & variable frequency motor. (Mitsubishi automatic tension controller is optional for higher performance)

3. Each plate is adjustable for 360 degree.

4. Each station is equipped with IR dryer (UV dryer is optional).

5. When the machine stops, the ink rollers come off from the machine automatically, keeping rotating, preventing the ink from drying. The plate cylinder also separate automatically from the impression roller preventing for damage the plate with pressing the plate for a long time.
